Pixar Fest is the coolest event I have been a part of at Disneyland. The snacks and the foodie scene was crazy cool. I am a bit bummed out that I did not take pictures of my food and only documented it in my Instagram stories, but I will definitely post a Disneyland Foodie Guide. 

The food was so delicious and Instagram worthy. We ate breakfast at The Carnation Cafe through reservations we had made a couple of weeks before. Although we were a couple of minutes late, they were able to accommodate us and sit us in a timely manner. The waffles were savory and the maple syrup complimented them so well. I was not too fond of the restaurant vibe, but the taste of the food made up for it. I don't think I have ever had such great tasting waffles.  The lines were long, so we limited our rides to a few and enjoyed walking around and making the best of the day. We typically don't go on Mondays, so we found it interested that it was one of the busiest days. 

We lined up pretty early to watch the Pixar Parade because it was what we were looking forward to the most.  Can't wait to go back!
